Prelaunch Status

HPLY is currently preparing its donation experience. Real donation payments are not enabled yet unless HPLY clearly states otherwise on the platform.

Any donation screens shown before launch are previews or foundation flows and are not completed payment functionality.

Guest and Account-Based Donations

Once payments are enabled, HPLY may allow users to donate either as guests or through HPLY accounts.

Creating an account may allow users to save favorites, view profile information, and access donation-related records if those features are enabled.

Payment Processing

Donation payments are expected to be processed by a third-party payment provider. The payment provider may apply its own terms, privacy policy, fraud checks, transaction rules, and processing timelines.

HPLY does not intend to store full payment card numbers. Payment details are expected to be handled by qualified payment providers.

Fees and Disclosures

HPLY may display a platform fee, processing fee, or optional support amount before checkout. HPLY currently expects its platform fee to be 1%, but the final fee structure must be confirmed before launch.

Fee treatment, refundability, and tax treatment may depend on the payment provider, HPLY legal structure, nonprofit recipient, and applicable law.

Receipts and Tax Information

Donation tax deductibility, receipts, acknowledgments, and donor records may depend on the final legal/payment structure, nonprofit recipient, payment provider, and applicable law.

HPLY will not promise tax deductibility unless the legal and payment structure supports that statement. Donors should consult their own tax advisors when needed.

Donor Review

Donors should review the nonprofit profile, official website, public filings, mission, and any other relevant information before donating.

A listing on HPLY does not automatically mean HPLY endorses, guarantees, or partners with the listed organization unless clearly stated.
