HPLY helps people discover nonprofit organizations, learn about their work, save favorite organizations, and, once payments are enabled, support causes through donation tools. This Privacy Policy explains the types of information HPLY may collect and how that information may be used, shared, and protected.

Information We Collect

HPLY may collect account information such as first name, last name, email address, password credentials in hashed form, and basic profile details.

HPLY may collect activity related to your use of HPLY, including favorite organizations, profile activity, pages viewed, organization interactions, and donation-related records once payments are enabled.

When payments are enabled, donation-related information may include donation amount, selected organization, transaction status, receipt or confirmation details, and related support communications.

How Information May Be Used

HPLY may use information to operate the platform, manage user accounts, display favorite organizations, improve search and discovery features, provide support, communicate important updates, and maintain platform safety.

Once donations are enabled, information may be used to support donation processing, transaction confirmations, donor records, fraud prevention, compliance, and related reporting.

Donations and Payment Providers

HPLY expects to use third-party payment processors to handle donation payments. Those providers may collect and process payment information under their own terms and privacy policies.

HPLY does not intend to store full payment card numbers. Payment card and bank details are expected to be handled by qualified payment providers using appropriate security controls.
