This Refund Policy describes how HPLY may review refund requests once donation payments are enabled.
Because HPLY is still preparing its payment flow, final refund handling will be disclosed before payment launch.
Refund eligibility may depend on payment processor rules, nonprofit disbursement status, timing of the request, fraud or error concerns, the nonprofit recipient, and applicable law.
Some donations may not be refundable after a certain point, especially if funds have already been transferred or legally committed.
Payment processing fees, platform fees, and other transaction-related fees may not always be refundable.
HPLY may disclose fee handling before donations are enabled and may update refund procedures based on payment processor requirements and legal review.
Users should contact HPLY support with the donation date, donation amount, email address used, organization supported, transaction confirmation if available, and a brief explanation of the request.
HPLY may review refund requests in good faith and communicate whether the request can be processed or requires additional information.
